Paula: Good afternoon, how are you?

Luisa: Good afternoon, I’m pretty well, thanks

Paula: Sit down please, what’s your name?

Luisa: I’m Luisa Henao

Paula: Ok luisa, Could you tell me about yourself?

Luisa: I’m a creative thinker. I like to explore alternative solutions to problems and have an open mind about what will work best.

Paula: Okey! That’s pretty nice. And What type of position are you looking for?

Luisa: I’m looking for a position in which I can use my experience.

Paula: Can you tell me about your responsibilities at your last job?

Luisa: Well I worked as a secretary in a builder Company, so basically my responsibilities were attend all administrative issues

Paula: and Why do you want to work for us?

Luisa: because I think that I can get more experience in my profession, and also I am impressed by the excellence of your company.

Paula: So, What motivates you most at work?

Luisa: I’ve always been motivated by the desire to do a good job at whatever position I’m in.

Paula: That’s great! Finally Why Should We Hire You?

Luisa: You should hire me because I have the ability to develop my skills. I can handle 

myself and my responsibilities.
